CF-Health’s monitoring product offerings include:

• Personal emergency response services (PERS) via two-way audio communication with user or automatic dispatch of emergency responders.
• Fire alarm – Will contact fire department automatically or contact premises to verify alarm before dispatching fire department, based on discussion with customer.
• Burglar alarm – Call back to the premises to verify alarm, and then dispatch police. If the business or home is located in a jurisdiction that requires two-call verification, the premise and first contact person on the notification list will be attempted. If no answer or no verification is given from either number, we will dispatch the police.
• Hold-up/Panic buttons – Will dispatch the police department immediately. This product is targeted to retailers and banks.
• Gas detector alarm – Will dispatch the fire department and then notify the call list or first notify the premises of the alarm, based upon established protocol based upon discussion with customer.
• Elevator monitoring – Detect any malfunctions and notify the service company, building management, and other requested parties.
• Temperature – Will contact the subscriber at the premises (product targeted for commercial establishments). Will contact others if subscriber is unreachable.
• Air conditioning loss – Will notify the premises of alarm and will then notify other contacts.
